Hi Slow Cookerers, and HAPPY FRIDAY!!
Let's talk Low Carb. Now that I'm the age that I am, and I can't shovel food away the same way I could in my twenties (oh my how do I miss those Wendy's and Taco Bell runs at all hours of the day and night!!), I try to limit simple sugars and processed carbs.

The crockpot is a no-brainer when it comes to the Keto and super Low Carb lifestyle. There is truly nothing easier than tossing a bunch of meat into this marvelous invention, pushing a button, and walking away.
Seriously.
It's beyond crazy simple.
But variety is good. It's not fun to eat the same bland and boring chicken breast each and every day.
After answering lots and lots and lots and lots of emails from readers requesting a month's worth of low carb and keto-friendly recipes I have compiled 30 ( an entire month's worth! ) of dinner time recipes for you.
Now. These are Dinner recipes --- but that's not to say that you can't or shouldn't use your slow cooker for other meals.
You should.
But dinner continues to be the biggest challenge to come up with a bunch of different ideas and honestly most people on the keto diet end up eating leftover dinner for breakfast and lunch anyhow!
