I'm sharing some photos of our garage --- I did get a few questions about our new treadmill and if we like it and then a few other questions about our garage.
We live in California, in the Bay Area, so it's not ever freezing here. The brand we settled on was Sole (Adam did the research, I didn't care) -- we do not pay for a subscription for any training -- it came with a few basic settings like Hill Climbing and HIIT -- and so far (knock wood!) it is suiting our needs quite well.
We have a standard 2-car suburban garage that we haven't ever parked in.
I also have a little weight bench set up with some free weights (I'm up to 2 pounds right now while my rotator cuff injury is still healing, up from 1-pound weights in January!) ---
In our garage gym I also have a weighted hula hoop and a mini-trampoline, and a yoga ball for sit-ups.
I do not use all of these things regularly -- I just do what I want when I want because I hate being told what to do.
Even if the person telling me what to do is me.
;-)
As you can see from our photos, we do not have a *pristine* garage in any way -- Yes, I write about Home Organization and Yes, I do think our home is pretty neat & tidy, and yes we are happy to have company over in 30 minutes whenever.
But we live here. And there are a lot of us, and I refuse to nag or police people all day long -- I do not expect to live in a Pottery Barn showroom, and my hope is that you don't either.
If you are interested in how I clean and organize, I've written:
