Good morning, Slow Down Society!!

I am so happy that you are here.

this is the 34th edition of the Sunday Slow Down -- which is a weekly recap of things that have been happening in my world -- both online and in real life.

I hope you had a lovely week.

I think he encapsulates how we are all feeling.

Spent.

There is just no more left to give.

The good news is that summertime is practically here ---

I've got a few more weeks of work, but the kids are home and get to have lots of time to chillax and goof off.

Me?

I plan on spending a lot of time in the bathroom because I've decided to take on a June Challenge of drinking a TON of water.

Here I am at work with my brand new water bottle.

I decided to drink this whole bottle each day because "they" say that I will have more energy, better digestion, and glowy skin.

So far I can't see any changes except for how much toilet paper I'm using.

I'm really bummed this happened. :-(

I am not exactly certain why this occurred, but it did.

During my chat with Sandy, she mentioned that adults make over 35,000 decisions a day.

That seemed like an awful lot to me, so I fact-checked her.

She's right.

I wrote about that a bit, here.

As for me for today, I am going to tackle this mountain of laundry (they don't call it Mount Washmore for nothing!!)

and binge-watch "Younger" --- which is on Hulu (originally on MTV) because some teachers at work got me hooked.

The premise is a 41 year old mom pretends to be 26 in order to get a job in a trendy publishing house.
