but I don't think it would be all that helpful to you if I spent time writing or podcasting about the bad stuff without discussing ways to process and get through it.
And YES. Bad stuff happens. The world is filled with bad stuff and if you are looking for examples of it, you'll find it everywhere.
Acknowledge it. Process it. Feel all of the feelings and then act on the facts.
I am not in the dark. I am not an ostrich with her head in the sand.
But I do try my hardest to focus on things that will help me to move forward in my life towards my future goals and aspirations.
and that is how I best support my coaching clients so they, too, can fulfill their hopes, dreams, and goals.

Overparenting is a thing. Sometimes I felt insanely inadequate with my parenting because others (most) around me were doing "more" --

You are raising future adults.
Future adults who need to be able to be released into society to forge their own path, make their own mistakes, and be completely self-sufficient and self-reliant humans who contribute to the economy and well-being of future generations.
