lifestyle for a while, but was terribly concerned about coming across as preachy.

episode.
instead we just chatted about being curious. and being aware.
I've gotten a few emails about this episode -- it definitely has hit a chord and there were
some "ahas" brought up ---
you can be "curious" about anything that is a vice or potential vice of yours --- alcohol,
sleeping aides, social media, overeating --
