We are in summer mode around here with lots of backyard barbecues and graduation parties scheduled.

This is *prime* crockpot season.

Don't worry about the weather warming up --- you're still going to need side dishes, desserts, and using your slow cooker during the warm months keeps your kitchen nice and cool.

Remember, all you need is an outlet and you can cook! Many of my readers report cooking on a screened in porch or patio.
