Happy Friday, Slow Cookerers!!!

I hope you enjoyed your week ---

it's Friday, and it's also a birthday date in my house.

I'm now the proud owner of a 14 year old --- (along with a 17 year old, and a 8 year old....)

Oh.

and if I'm doing the math right, Sugar the cat is 6.

:-)

ANYWAY. Because we are lucky enough to have people in the house who like to celebrate birthdays, it means that Adam and I throw a lot of parties.

Because of this, I get asked a lot of questions about entertaining and how to do it "effortlessly" ----

I'm going to let you in on a secret.

It's not Effortless. Pretty much nothing in life is....

;-)

THAT SAID, if you use your slow cookers you are so ahead of the game when it comes to having a party, a holiday dinner, or even just a dinner party for a favorite group of friends.

Do your work in the morning. Plug in the slow cooker(s).

Sweep, mop, and leave the kitchen.

And then? Enjoy your guests!!
