Hello there, Slow Cookerers!!!
I hope you enjoyed your weekend ---
We are headed into Holiday Season --- and Holiday Season for many people means parties.
and for some people parties = stress.
I promise it doesn't have to be that way!
I like having parties ---- I like having people come over on my own turf to eat food I *want* to eat and that happens to be allergen-free for the people in my family who need it that way.
(also? I'm a bit of a Type A control freak. ;-) )
Because of this, it means that Adam and I throw a lot of parties.
Every year right around this time, I start getting a lot of questions about entertaining and how to do it "effortlessly" ----
I'm going to let you in on a secret.
It's not Effortless. Pretty much nothing in life is....
;-)
THAT SAID, if you use your slow cookers you are so ahead of the game when it comes to having a party, a holiday dinner, or even just a dinner party for a favorite group of friends.
Do your work in the morning. Plug in the slow cooker(s).
Sweep, mop, and leave the kitchen.
And then? Enjoy your guests!!
