We Have a New Baby! Sheldon the Basset Hound! 🐶💗

Hi there to my favorite people and Happy Monday!!

I interrupt your regularly scheduled slow cooker recipe to introduce to you the newest member of the O'Dea Family --

SHELDON!

and holy bananas, we couldn't possibly be more in love.

He's absolutely perfect, even if he did get me up for the day at 3:20am... ;-)

Growing up, I had a basset hound and figured if we ever got a puppy, I'd really want to have another basset.

Sheldon is an AWFUL lot like Louis was --- here I am at age 12 with basset puppy Louis:

We figure the timing was right for our family -- we are all home already for the summer due to the wonkiness of the world, and all of our vacations aren't happening,so there is plenty of time and attention to be given out.

I might be taking some FMLA for the next little bit, but I am working on a few writing projects that I'm looking forward to sharing with you.
