ย
THANK YOU!!
ย
They will remain "on sale" the rest of today at 99cents, and then will go back to the "normal" price of $4.99.

BUT -- we are back to Real Life and it's the First Day of School (my children will all be distance learning this fall)
for the kiddos in my household, and it's back to work for me.
ย
This means it's time to meal plan again and utilize the best kitchen gadget of them all.
ย
One of my best "secrets" to cooking with the crockpot is to make Layered Dinners.
ย
I've got two great ideas for you -- you can mix and match however you'd like and if you would prefer to use different veggies or meat, go for it.
ย
But these two recipes will give you the stepping stones you need to create your OWN version of a Layered Dinner for your own particular family.
ย
PS: Don't want to use foil?ย Don't, then!! Use Parchment paper instead!!
ย
ย
I have two pretty easy recipes linked down below --
ย
but honestly you can use this simple idea to make whatever it is that makes your family happy.
ย
If you know that everyone really (really!) likes Teriyaki flavored stuff, then season your meat of choice with that.
ย
Bottled is always okay, but a down-and-dirty teriyaki can easily be made by using equal parts soy sauce and brown sugar with a touch of water to thin it down.
ย
easy-peasy.
ย
:-)
