🎤 new podcast! and I could use your help! 📞

Happy FRIDAY EVE!!

Hello to the most wonderful people on the Internet --

I hope you are doing well -- wherever you are -- and are safe, dry, warm (but not too warm), and happy.

Things are going well here -- I'm back at work fulltime, and it's going well.

This school year I've got one heading back to college in a few days, I've got a highschool senior, and a middle schooler.

life is good!!

I've also been working behind the scenes on a whole new website and podcast.

The theme is going to be SLOW LIVING.

I will still have crockpot slow cooker recipes, I promise.

;-)

but I have a lot more that I'd like to write and teach and coach about and this will hopefully allow me to help more people.

I guess on somesort of subconscious level I've wanted to have a radio show or podcast since I was about 6 or 7 years old --- my parents gave me a cassette recorder and I reported "the news" into it.

most of my "news" consisted of reciting facts I had learned about hamsters and taking inventory of my sticker collection.

;-)

The new podcast will go "live" in October (crocktober!) and in the mean time I'm going to be doing more tweaks and tests behind the scenes.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:

I've always liked the old-school radio-call in show format, and was wracking my brain how to have something like this in a podcast format.

Thankfully, Mike the producer, came up with a brilliant idea:

he set up a voicemail system where listeners can record a question which we then can splice into the episodes.

super cool and techy!!

I would LOVE IT if you could take the time to record something, (anything!) so I can have some reader/listener questions to get started with.

If you have any questions, comments, feedback -- anything that might work -- I'd love to have them. The more the merrier, as far as I'm concerned!!
