HAPPY NEW YEAR, SLOW COOKERERS!!
I hope you enjoyed your festivities and your families and were able to relax and recharge your batteries.
I had a lot of fun these past two weeks. I spent it hanging out and visiting with family and friends, playing in the snow, sleeping, kareokeing, and eating.
LOTS OF EATING.
oh my goodness, there was SO MUCH EATING.
But now it's time to shed the winter coat because the calendar says that no matter what it will eventually be tanktop season again.

I'm not sure if you remember, but about a month ago I said I was going to write a "Diety-type"
ebook.
After answering email for the best part of the last decade, I knew you all were clamoring (that's a word, right? I'm getting a red squiggle. I'm just going to go with it...)
for a recipe book that stated the nutritional data. I knew that two things were pretty popular: low calorie and low carb eating plans.
but it seemed like you all were split on which would be the most beneficial.
SO. Like a good business lady-person I polled my audience.
I asked what you would prefer.
and you know what?
You all were completely split right down the middle. It was actually quite comical.
I asked, then went out to get the kids from school and came home to a hundred thousand million emails (about 250) from you all, voting on what you'd prefer.
Since I'm crazy technical, I tallied the responses.
Low Calorie: 113
Low Carb/Keto: 127
So. guess what again?
I wrote them both.
